1. How do I become a customer of Genco Chemical? How do I setup an account?

2. What geographic areas does Genco Chemical service?

We proudly service Coastal region of North Carolina up to Wilmington. South Carolina from Little River down to Charleston, and out to the I95 corridor from St. George up to Dillon. We also Cover the areas of Sumter, Darlington, Tabor City.


3. Can I call in, fax, email or pick up my order?

Yes. Our showroom is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 pm for pick up. You can also Call in (843-448-7116), Fax (843-448-4789) and email your delivery orders. Our email address is orders@gencosales.com


4. Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We also accept cash, local checks, and P-Cards.


5. How do I register as an online customer?

6. What is your minimum order for pick-up/walk-in and delivery?

We do not have a minimum delivery order or delivery fee.


7. How do I return merchandise?

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery accompanied by an invoice, in the original, unopened packaging. All Special Order items cannot be returned or may incur a restocking fee & shipping charges.


8. How will my order be delivered?

Orders within our service area are delivered via our own fleet of company trucks.


9. How can I get a sales representative assigned to my account?

Please contact customer service at 843-448-7116 to request a dedicated Sales Representative. Our highly-trained Sales Representatives use a consultative approach to help evaluate your company's needs, maintain inventory and make product suggestions that best fit your specific needs.


10. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online through our e-commerce site 24/7 or by phone or fax Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
